The joke was on me yesterday... I got floored by an evil migraine and couldn't walk in a straight line. Bringing it was out of the question :)
So started today instead. Got through chest and back with a few shameful moments. Decline and diamond pressups are out of my league! And as for that strange under the fence thingummy. Let's just say glide, I did not!
But I did do my best. I did do the whole thing. And I did write down my numbers like a good girl.
Ab ripper x on the other hand was just silly. Failed miserably. All that legs in the air business was the undoing of me. Did as much as I could but not convinced I did much good. I pressed play and um flailed and watched a lot. Now I know what everyone else was talking about.
Good or bad news is I'm hurting already! Tomorrow I know I'm going to feel it.
